The program is open for expression of interest twice a year in October and March. The procedure for participating in the program consists of 2 phases:
Phase 1:
Completion and submission of the application
Complete the application form

Phase 2:
Thorough evaluation of the application by the management committee and personal in-person or digital interview
The application will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
-Relevance to business idea (individual and/or group)
-Mobilisation and motivation (individual and/or group)
-Business idea (clarity, originality/innovation, value proposition, extroversion potential, maturity of idea)
-Demand and access to the target market
Phase 3:
Approval or rejection of the candidate business group for entry into the pre-incubator.
At this stage, information is provided in relation to the terms of participation in Light hub and the relevant agreements are signed stating the terms of participation and the rules of procedure of the structure.
