The Light Hub team visited Bulgaria on the weekend of 16-17 January. As part of the participation in the Interreg SEA Transnational Accelerator, the teams of the incubator project participated in training modules at the American University of Bulgaria.
Through these, they had the opportunity to interact with similar business teams in Bulgaria and to understand the techniques and ways of operating in a different business market.
In addition, the participants presented their ideas in front of the jury of the Light Hub and the American University of Bulgaria, receiving feedback and anointed feedback for the continuation of their efforts.
The jury consisted of:
- George Atsalakis (Rev. Professor of Data Analysis and Prediction Laboratory, University of Crete).
- Thodoris Spiliotis (Founder of Athenian Management, Author).
- Dimitris Skourogiannis (Expert in Multidisciplinary Design Innovation / Unique Experience Enhancement / Effective Learning Journeys Generator)
- George Kokkas (Director of Entrepreneurship Center – American College of Thessaloniki)
During the first two stages, mentors, coaches and trainers helped the teams to understand the basic principles of entrepreneurship. Now the teams are in the final stage of the programme and are preparing for their final presentation.
The SEA project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and national funds from the countries participating in the Interreg V-A Cooperation Programme “Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020”.
